📋 What your Nisa Knowledge is

Your Nisa Knowledge is the set of documents from your organization that Nisa uses when it advises your coaches. When a coach asks a question, Nisa looks through these documents for anything that fits, alongside its own coaching knowledge.

The better your files, the more Nisa's advice sounds like your organization: your framework, your tools, your language.

Anything you add is used for every coach in your organization right away. There is no review or publish step, so only add material you want every coach to hear from Nisa.

✅ What you can and can't do

You can:

• Add files to a collection that already exists in your Nisa Knowledge
• Remove files from those collections
• Test what Nisa says about a collection with Test this knowledge

You can't, for now:

• Create a new collection. If you need one, ask your Nisa contact to set it up.
• Add to collections marked Managed by Nisa or Inherited. These are read-only.
• Add web links. The Link tab is coming soon. For now, everything comes in as a file.

1. Click your avatar at the top right and choose Org Settings. The panel opens on Nisa Knowledge.
