Summary: Exactly what a leader account shows about coaching work — and what it never shows.
📋 The principle
<aside>
🔒
Leaders see about coaching work, not into it. You get activity, structured session details and summaries — never a coach's full session write-up, their private working notes, their conversations with Nisa, or text pulled from files they attached.

This isn't a display setting. The private fields are excluded where the data is read, so there is no leader role, permission or view that turns them back on. It works the same way for every leader, in every organization.
✅ What you can see
- That coaching happened — the type of session, when it was, how long, and which teacher it was with
- The coach's summary of a session
- Coaching goals and cycles, and how they're progressing
- Rosters — which coaches are working with which teachers
- Counts and patterns across your schools and projects, and Nisa's synthesis of them
🚫 What you never see
- The body of a session note — the coach's actual write-up
- A coach's private working memory, and their own conversations with Nisa
- Text extracted from files a coach attached to an update
- Anything at all about coaches or teachers outside your scope
✍️ What a “summary” actually is
