Summary: Teach Nisa your own formats once, and have it reuse them exactly.
<aside> ⚠️
Not all organizations have saved templates, and they're for coaches. If asking Nisa to remember a format doesn't work, it isn't turned on for your org.

A format you use again and again — your coaching summary structure, the parent email you always send, the shape of a report you file. You give it to Nisa once, and from then on Nisa reproduces it exactly: the same sections, in the same order, with your headings.
The structure is fixed; the content isn't. Ask for your coaching summary for today's visit with Sarah and you get your skeleton, filled in with what actually happened.
In Ask Nisa, paste the format and say what to call it:
“Remember this as my coaching summary template.”
Nisa may also offer to save something when you paste a format-looking chunk of text. Give it a name and, if you like, a line about when to use it.
That's the whole flow — there's no settings screen for templates.

A template you save mid-conversation is available from your next message onwards.

Just refer to it in plain language:
You don't have to tell Nisa to go look — it already knows which templates you have. To see the list, ask “what templates do I have saved?”
