Summary: Review and add the material Nisa uses when it advises your coaches.

This is available to leaders whose role includes managing knowledge. If you don't see Org Settings in your avatar menu, your role doesn't include it — ask your Nisa contact.

📋 What this is

Nisa advises your coaches from your organization's own material as well as its general coaching knowledge. Org Settings → Nisa Knowledge is where you see that material and add to it.

<aside> ⚠️

Anything you add here becomes part of what Nisa draws on for every coach in your organization — right away, with no separate publish step. Anything you remove stops being used, and can't be undone. There's no way to target one coach or one program.

🪄 Getting there

Click your avatar at the top right and choose Org Settings. The panel opens on Nisa Knowledge. Close it with the X or the Escape key.

You'll also see a Programs & Roster tab. It isn't available yet.

📁 Collections and sources

The page is headed What Nisa Knows. Material is organized into collections, each holding sources — the individual documents.

If your organization has sub-organizations with their own material, a Scope row of chips appears above the collections. Selecting one shows your organization's collections plus that group's.

Click a collection to open it and see its sources. Click any source to expand it for a short summary and a preview of its content.

➕ Add a source

  1. Open a collection and click Add Source.
  2. On the File tab, click Click to upload files and pick one or more files.
  3. Watch the progress list. Each file reports Processing… and then Completed, and you'll get a summary when the batch finishes.
