Summary: How to join your organization's Nisa workspace from an invite link or a 6-character access code.

Not all organizations use invite links. Many add people directly instead — if you were expecting an emailed invitation, see How to Set Up Your Teacher Account or ask your program lead.

📋 Two ways in — the same invitation

Codes are always 6 characters. They never contain the letters O or I, or the digits 0 or 1, so if a character looks ambiguous it's one of the others.

🪄 Joining

  1. You'll see Join your team's workspace for coaching, with your role and organization shown beneath it — for example Coach at Maple ISD.
  2. Tick the box to agree to Nisa's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The button stays disabled until you do.
  3. Click Continue with Google.

Invite links sign you in with Google only. If your school uses Microsoft or its own sign-on, this route won't work for you — ask your program lead to add you directly instead.

  1. After signing in you'll come back to the same page. Click Join and you'll land in your hub.
  2. If you're new, Nisa walks you through a short setup: how it should reach you, an optional phone number, and a practice session with a sample teacher. You can skip the practice.

Already have a Nisa account? You'll see Welcome back instead, and joining simply adds the new organization to your account — your existing workspaces stay exactly where they are.
