Summary: What a leader account is, what you can see, and how to use Nisa to understand coaching across your team.
📋 What a leader account is
Leaders — coaching managers, principals, directors, and project managers — use Nisa to understand coaching work across their coaches without reading every session note. You get a clear view of coaching activity and momentum across the part of the organization you cover.
🪄 Getting oriented
- Sign in with your work email — Nisa sends you to your organization's sign-in (Google, Microsoft, or your own system).
- You land on Today, your triage surface. It opens with a question rather than a dashboard: "What's worth your attention today?"
- Use Ask Nisa to ask questions across your coaches' work in plain language.
🗂 Your tabs
- Today — what's worth your attention right now. Signals synthesized from coaching across your schools and projects.
- Program — your portfolio: schools, projects, and people, as three lenses on one surface. A lens appears when it has data, so a smaller organization sees a shorter set.
- Reports — a preview of what's coming. It's intentionally empty today; there's nothing to set up and no date yet.

📡 Reading your Today signals
The feed is headed Latest signals.
- You'll see at most 8 tiles, and no more than 2 of any one kind. The feed is never padded out — a short feed is correct, not broken.
- Tiles are labelled Needs your support, Growth area, Trend, or Bright spot.
