Summary: Work with other coaches on the same teacher and contribute to one shared growth record.

📋 What it is

Collaboration lets more than one coach work with the same teacher and contribute to the same growth record, so everyone builds one shared picture of the work instead of separate, siloed notes.

It supports two setups:

• Within one organization — two or more coaches co-coaching the same teacher.
• Across two organizations — for example, a district and a professional-learning partner both working with the same teacher.

👤 Primary coach vs collaborator

Every teacher has one primary coach — usually whoever added them. Everyone else on the coaching team is a collaborator.

Collaborators log updates, set goals and send supports just like the primary coach. A few things stay with the primary coach:

• Adding or removing collaborators
• Generating a handoff summary
• Adding a classroom recording for that teacher
• Removing the teacher from a roster

If coaching responsibility moves, the primary coach can hand it off with Change Primary Coach. Collaborators keep their access.
