Summary: Connect Google Drive so you can bring your own documents into coaching conversations.
🔗 Connect your Google account
You can connect from either place:
- Your profile → Login & security → Google Workspace → Connect to Google Workspace, or
- the menu under your avatar in the top bar → Connect Google Drive.
Approve the read-only permissions Nisa asks for.

⚠️
Google is still reviewing Nisa's access request, so you may see an "unverified app" warning during setup. Click Advanced, then Go to Nisa — this is expected and safe.

💡
Connecting Drive is per-coach. You shouldn't need to do it often, but if your connection expires Nisa will prompt you to reconnect. You can disconnect any time from Login & security.

💬 Bring a Drive file into a conversation
In Ask Nisa there's no picker — just talk to Nisa:
- Paste a Drive link. Nisa spots it and reads the file. You don't have to say "read this."
- Ask by name. "Do you have my observation notes for Ms. Johnson?" Nisa searches your Drive and reads the match. If several files match, it asks which one you mean.
- Ask about a folder. "What's in my Grade 3 Planning folder?" Nisa lists what's inside so you can pick.
📎 Pick a file with the Drive picker
The picker appears where you're attaching a document to a record:
- When you Add an update, when you Log an interaction, or on the Select Lesson step of a Lesson Rehearsal, choose the Google Drive option.
- Browse or search, and select the file.
